How to Read My Tank Gauge
Your tank gauge is located on the top of the tank, usually under a lid or hood which can be lifted up to view the gauge. Look for a gauge dial with numbers from 5 to 95. The numbers indicate the percentage of propane in the tank. When the level reaches 30% to 40%, please schedule a delivery online or call customer service at 800-263-7442.
Estimated Tank Level & Estimated Days Remaining
Within your online account you can view your estimated tank level and your estimated days remaining. This information is provided to help you understand how much propane is in your tank and how long you can expect it to last.
- Your Estimated Tank Level is our estimate of the percentage of propane currently remaining in your tank. This estimate is based on multiple factors including delivery history and temperature. This is an estimate and does not reflect an actual tank level reading. We recommend you verify your tank level prior to requesting a delivery.
- Your Estimated Days Remaining is our prediction of how long the current estimated propane supply in your tank will last. This estimate is based on multiple factors including delivery history and temperature and depends on the Estimated Tank Level being accurate.
