Incentives for Propane Mower Conversions Approved by PERC

From LP Gas Magazine:

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) has expanded its Propane Mower Incentive Program to include a $500 incentive on mowers that have been converted to run on propane after they have been purchased from the original equipment manufacturer. To be eligible, the conversion mower must be a commercial, heavy-duty mower with less than 10 hours of operation, and it must be a propane-fueled mower only – not a dual-fueled model. The mower conversion kit must meet Environmental Protection Agency or California Air Resources Board requirements, and it cannot void the original equipment manufacturer’s factory warranty on the engine. PERC’s original mower incentive program is still in place. It offers $1,000 for the purchase of a new propane-fueled mower, with participants providing feedback to PERC on their user experience.
